What is it?

Now, nothing prevents, but only contributes to cooking home beer without any effort. At the startup site KICKSTARTER was presented a unique product - home brewery Zymatic from the company PicoBrew. This device differs from the rest by the complete autonomy of the process of brewing beer.



Design

PicoBrew Zymatic looks like an enlarged microwave oven, which has a reservoir for collecting the finished product. Inside there are 4 containers for adding ingredients. Hop is put in the main module. On the case there is a small screen and for displaying the selected recipe, to the right - a wheel for paging the menu with recipes, and to the left the "Start" button. The main module is transparent, glass, so you can observe the process of making beer.

How it works?

The process of making a drink is quite simple. First you need to pick up a recipe, of course, it can also be downloaded over Wi-Fi: information on the selected program will be displayed on a small screen. After that, fill the capacity of the keg with almost 19 liters of water. Depending on the recipe, the right ingredients are added to the special containers in the main module of the brewery - hops, barley and others. Then, a short press on the "Start".

Built-in computerized system completely controls the process of making beer. A special application will allow you to view the status using a mobile gadget or PC. It is interesting that, depending on the selected recipe, the device will create a variety of flavors and cook dark and light varieties. All parts of PicoBrew Zymatic are made in the form of modules, so that they can be loaded into a dishwasher household machine.

The drink is brewed for about four hours: the electronics automatically maintains the necessary conditions to make the final product "the highest quality". After the preparation is over, the tank with the still-future beer needs to be cooled and added to it with yeast. After about a week of fermentation, the owner of the microbrewery will be able to try a ready-made drink.
